Think working out in the car is a lame attempt of burning calories? Think again! Health experts state most forms of dancing burns about 6.3 calories per minute on average. Obviously the plus/minus on this statistic is huge given several external elements can lower or raise the C/M rate.

Here, Jessie Wright & Michelle Bollman not only show why in-car dancing is where it's at, but illustrate how one can still exercise and burn the cals despite sitting down in confined spaces.
